Hotel Emma, originally Pearl's Brewhouse in 1894, embodies history and luxury. Behloradsky Brewery in 1881, it became Texas's largest brewery by 1916, surviving Prohibition due to Emma Koehler's astute leadership. Its design firm, Roman and Williams, skillfully blends historical elements with modernity. Named in honor of Emma Koehler, who sustained the brewery during Prohibition, the hotel pays homage to her enduring legacy.
